This policy explains when an Obsta Labs purchase can be refunded. Terms differ by how a product is delivered, because the products work differently. We always honor the exceptions listed at the bottom, and we never refuse a refund that the law requires.
NeuroRouter, Verdict
These products are offline-first software licenses. You download the binary and activate a signed license key that keeps working on your machine until its signed expiry date. We do not remotely disable a license that has already been delivered.
Because a delivered license stays in your hands and keeps working, these purchases are generally non-refundable after the license is delivered. Cancelling stops future renewals and future license re-issuance; any license already issued to you stays valid until its signed expiry, so you keep what you paid for through the period it covers.
VectorCourt, and the Teams/Enterprise tier of any product when run as a managed service
These products are accessed as a hosted service: you reach them over the network with an issued key or account, and access can be deactivated centrally. Because access is managed rather than delivered as a standalone binary, refund and cancellation terms can differ — including proration or immediate deactivation — per the plan or managed agreement for your account.
If you are on a hosted or managed plan and have a billing question, contact us and we will work it out against the terms of your plan.
Hiveram, Hivebus, SpectreHub
These products can be run as a local binary you control, or used through a managed/hosted tier. Which refund terms apply depends on how you bought and run the product:

Regardless of product or plan, you get a refund in these cases:
If any of these apply, email hello@obstalabs.dev and we will make it right.
If something about your purchase does not look right, reach out before disputing the charge — we read every email and we would rather fix it directly. Email hello@obstalabs.dev.
